When even the sun comes out, you know there's something good afoot.

Wandering down to the Laurentian Community Track, the search was on for a story and to catch up with at least one child in the race.

In turn, every single runner that strode and struggled by, heaving and gasping, became the star athlete of the second annual Laurentian University Cross-country Running Challenge on Thursday.
